How do refunds work?

From the Torpago web app, you can view refunds under the REFUND tab in the dashboard.

Refunded amounts are applied as a credit on the following billing statement. Please keep in mind that depending on the merchant, some refunds may take 15-30 business days from the date your item/service was returned or canceled to appear in your account.
