How can I redeem rewards?

Rewards are automatically issued as a credit every month and are viewable on the monthly statement.

This means the cashback amount that you see in your account is just a visualization of how much rewards you've earned. You cannot redeem it manually, as it's already been automatically credited to your account the same month you earned it.
