Are there any fees linked with the usage of a Torpago card?

There are no fees associated with the regular usage of Torpago cards. Certain fees may only be applicable under specific circumstances, such as the ones listed below:

1. International Transaction Fee: .004% of each transaction. This Fee will be charged for Card usage outside the U.S.
   
   
2. Returned Check or Returned Payment Fee: $38.00. This Fee may be charged when a payment is not processed the first time or is returned unpaid.
   
   
3. Late Fee: $38.00. This Fee may be charged each time Torpago still needs to receive the required payment due by the payment due date.
