How do I close my account?

To close your Torpago account, you will need to contact our support team. Pay off any remaining balance on your account. If you have an outstanding balance, you must pay before your account can be closed.

It's important to note that closing your Torpago account may impact your credit report and credit score, particularly if the account has a long history or a high credit limit. Upon account closure, you will also lose any rewards accrued but not yet reflected on Company’s Periodic Statement.
