Users have the option to dispute a transaction on their Torpago account.
1. In Torpago Dashboard, click the Transactions tab in the sidebar.
2. Under Pending & Cleared, select the transaction you want to dispute and click the (⋮) option and click Dispute
Note:
-The transaction must be Cleared first before the Dispute option becomes available.
-Only the user who made the transaction can file the dispute within 45 days.
3. Choose the appropriate selection in the Dispute questionnaire. Users can attach other documentation that may supplement the dispute investigation. Click Submit to send the dispute.
Note: Disputed transactions usually take 30-60 days to verify and process. Once successfully disputed, the amount will be credited to your Torpago account and will reflect in your Available Balance. Also, please keep in mind that you can only dispute transactions that have occurred within a 45-day window from the date the transaction was initially made.
