Admins can deactivate users who no longer require an account with Torpago.
OPTION 1
1. Navigate to the Users icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. After selecting the user, click the Edit button to edit their details.
4. Click the Deactivate button on the bottom left.
5. Put a note for deactivation.
6. Click Yes to deactivate the user.
7. Deactivated users can be found by selecting the Inactive filter.
OPTION 2
1. Navigate to the Users section.
2. Toggle to List View.
3. Under the Actions column, toggle on if active and off if you wish to deactivate the user.
4. Toggle off if you wish to deactivate, and a pop-up window will appear. Enter the reason for user deactivation. Click the Save button.
5. Choose Yes to deactivate, which will cancel all of the user’s cards and remove their access to Torpago
