Admin users can deactivate users who no longer require an account with Torpago Card.
1. Log on to https://app.torpago.net/
2. Navigate to the Users page on the side menu.
3. In the Users section, you will see a list of all users. Scroll through the list or use the search function to find the user you wish to deactivate.
4. After selecting the user, move your cursor to the rightmost panel of the screen. Look for the pencil icon, which represents the edit function.
5. Click on the pencil icon to open the edit user details panel. Choose the Deactivate User button.
6. Enter the reason for deactivating the user in the provided note field.
7. Select another user from the list to whom you wish to assign the pending approval or review tasks of the deactivated user.
8. Click the Deactivate button to confirm the changes. This will cancel all of the user’s cards and remove their access to the Torpago account.
