Admin users can set user restrictions when issuing a physical or virtual card by following these steps:
1. Click on the lightning button located at the top-right of your account screen.
2. Select either New Physical Card or New Virtual Card from the Send dropdown menu.
3. Enter all the necessary information for the user and then click on the Spending Restriction tab.
4. From here, admin users can set various restrictions for the user's card. To save changes, click on the Submit button.
The available user restrictions are:
Daily Limit | Admin users can set a daily spending limit for the user's card. |
Transaction Limit | Admin users can set a limit on the amount that can be spent in a single transaction. |
Merchant Restrictions | Admin users can block transactions from certain merchants by selecting them from the Merchant Restrictions dropdown menu. |
Time Constraint | Admin users can set a specific timeframe in which transactions can be made. |
