How to request an increase on a physical or virtual card?

Users can request an increase to an existing physical or virtual card via the Torpago web app by logging into their account at https://app.torpago.com/account/login and accessing their dashboard.

1. On your Dashboard, either click the Increase Card Limit under 'Quick Action' or the Lightning button at the top-right of your screen, then select Increase Card Limit under Request.

2. The 'Request - Increase' window will appear. Enter either the last four digits of the card you wish to increase.

 

3. Enter the amount in the 'Increase' field and click Submit. The request will then be sent to the designated approver.

Note: The approval workflow hierarchy will appear on the right of the window.
