Admins and Department Heads have the option to change the status of the physical or virtual cards. Here are the steps to follow:
1. Navigate to the Cards tab found on the left side menu.
2. Select the card whose status you want to change.
3. Click the Edit button from the 'Card Summary' page.
4. An 'Edit Card' popup will appear. Click the Status dropdown to select the preferred card status. Admins and Department Heads have the option to change the status of cards to 'Active,' 'Frozen,' or 'Cancel.' Click Submit to save changes successfully.
