Admin users have the authority to issue users a virtual card. This may be completed on their Torpago dashboard.
1. On your Dashboard, click the Lightning button at the top-right of your screen, then select Virtual Card under Send.
2. The 'Send - New Virtual Card' window will appear. Click the 'User' dropdown to select the user to whom you wish to issue a virtual card.
3. The user's 'Department' will auto-populate once selected. The' Amount' will also auto-populate if the user is set as a dynamic user. If the user is not set as a dynamic user, the admin user must input an 'Amount' for the card limit.
4. Select the 'Type' of virtual card you wish to issue:
- Single Use cards expire after one transaction
- Fixed cards allow for a set amount that can be used until that amount has been spent
- Recurring cards can be used multiple times without expiring
5. Admin users have the option to set a 'Start Date' or 'Expire Date' for virtual cards, as well as noting a 'Description' of the card for record-keeping. These fields are not mandatory unless the card type selected is Fixed, which requires an expiration date.
Click Submit when finished, and a success window will appear, confirming the card has been issued.
