How to assign dynamic limits to new and existing users?

What is a “Dynamic Limit”?

A dynamic limit is a feature that allows users to access a department’s full credit limit. Rather than assigning a hard limit for each user, the user will have full access to the entire department limit. Each card issued to the user will also be assigned a dynamic limit.

New User

1. Navigate to the Users page found on the left side menu.

2. Select Add user from the Actions drop-down menu in the top right corner.

3. On the User Information tab, complete all the required fields. 

4. Next, click the Privileges tab and toggle on Dynamic User.

5. Click Save to save changes.

Existing User 

1. Navigate to the Users page found on the left side menu.

2. Next, select the user’s tile to navigate to the ‘User Summary’ page

3. Then, click the Edit button on the top right of the ‘Summary’ box

4. Click the Privileges tab and toggle on Dynamic User.

5. Click Save to save changes.
