Losing or misplacing your physical card can be stressful, but our mobile app provides a simple and secure way to freeze or replace your card.
Here's how:
1. Open the Torpago mobile app and select the physical card you wish to freeze or replace from your Home screen.
2. If your card is lost or misplaced, you can choose to freeze it by clicking on the Freeze Card option and confirming your choice. The card status will then change to "Frozen."
3. You can also replace your cards if lost or stolen. Click on Replace Card and verify the mailing address before ordering a new card.
4. Once the new card is ordered, a confirmation pop-up will appear, and the old card will be expired.
